Notice of Planned Service Maintenance, scheduled 7 years ago

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that Soprano will be performing maintenance work on the Telstra Integrated Messaging for NAB between 00:01 AM and 03:00 PM AEDT on Monday/17/12/2018.

We expect the maintenance activity will have minimal impact, if any, but may result in a maximum outage of 10 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

Time: 00:01 AM to 03:00 AM AEDT

Impacted Services: Incoming messages will continue to be delivered, outgoing messages will be queued.

Description: Maintenance work which may impact outgoing messages (Mobile Terminating) and incoming messages (Mobile Originating) SMS traffic.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will email you at the beginning and end of the maintenance period.
