Telstra were advised that as of 8am (AEDT) Optus services/subscribers had been having issues with SMS.
Telstra and Optus are investigating.
Telstra have yet to be advised of an ETR and are awaiting further updates from Optus.
We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing and will advise further details related to this fault upon receiving it from Optus.
The dedicated NAB platform is operational and successfully sending messages.
Customer Impact: High for Optus subscribers
